The number of users that can be served by a web application server depends on several factors, including the number of users actually active at peak times, the frequency with which each user accesses information or posts new information, and the amount of data involved in each action.

 

Our Managed Hosting Price

Pricing for Clearspace Managed Hosting is based on the size of your server configuration and on your use of network bandwidth for transferring data between Clearspace and your users.

 

We charge:

  • Monthly software license and hosting which includes backups and monitoring for a minimum of 25 users.
  • One-time setup fee which includes
    • Deployment & configuration of hardware or VPS
    • Installation of Clearspace (and optionally OpenFire)
    • Customisation of Clearspace with company logo
    • Performance testing and tuning

Enterprises licenses are charged per user per year, therefore the minimum term is one year.
